 Jack is an expert trouble-shooter specializing in development, manufacturing and quality areas. He really enjoys tackling tough problems!
In 1992, he co-founded a technical consulting company specializing in medical product development, problem solving, project management, technology transfer, quality and regulatory support.
He solves customer problems so that his customers can meet their objectives. He helps increase productivity by identifying road-blocks and implementing solutions that work.
He is on the executive board of Orange Empire Section of ASQ and of OCRA, an association supporting quality/regulatory professional. He is a member of IMC.
He holds advanced degrees in Engineering and Management. He is a Six-Sigma Black Belt.
He has been a speaker at FDA/OCRA conference on CAPA/Root Cause Analysis. He has presented clinics and work-shops on subjects such as design control, risk management and CAPA. He is a guest lecturer at UCI and USC on quality and regulatory issues. He has published several articles on CAPA, problem solving, productivity and communication. He is a distinguished Toastmaster. He is the recipient of the US VP’S “Hammer” Award. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and public speaking.
