Don McNamara

Sales LeadershipDon McNamara is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and is President of Heritage Associates, Inc.   Heritage Associates is a full service sales management consulting, training and coaching company. Don also speaks and writes on the art and science of superior sales management and top sales performance. His articles appear in numerous periodicals, including Sales and Service Excellence where he is a contributing editor.

With over 30 years sales experience from the field level to executive sales management, in his career he has been an individual contributor, corporate sales training manager, regional manager, national sales manager and vice president of sales.

Don is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, where he serves as VP Professional Development and past VP Membership for the southern California Chapter, Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and a professional member of the National Speakers Association.  His seminars and training programs include Basic Sales, Advanced Sales Skills, Top Sales Performance, Financial Justification, and Superior Sales Management (Science and Art).  He also serves as an expert witness.
